Drunk driving is a real problem on Ontario roads, affecting the safety of pedestrians and drivers alike. It’s been an issue for decades, one that unfortunately doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon. In the case of a car accident, there’s no doubt that a drunk driver is responsible for injuries he causes. But does a bar or establishment that serves him alcohol and lets him loose on the roads share that responsibility?

Head-on crash involving Toronto bus injures 11

Authorities in Toronto have reported that 11 people were injured on March 20 when a MiWay bus struck an SUV head-on in Toronto. The accident took place at approximately 9 a.m. in the city’s west end. The injuries suffered by two people on the bus were considered serious, but both passengers are expected to recover. Officers with the Toronto police traffic services unit were called in to investigate the accident.
