Jaspreet Atwal

Jaspreet joined Azevedo and Nelson in 2022 as associate lawyer, handling real estate and estates. Jaspreet’s practice involves a variety of real estate matters with particular emphasis on residential purchase and sale transactions, title transfers, survivorship applications, and private and mortgage transactions. Jaspreet gets to know her clients and communicates with them throughout the transaction; ensuring the transaction is as simple, straight-forward and stress free as possible for everyone. Jaspreet’s wills and estates practice encompasses estate planning and administration. Her ability to empathize and sympathize with clients during a time of extreme grief has garnered her repeat and referral clients. In her spare time Jaspreet enjoys reading, listening to music and spending time with her family.
